More information on impounded dogs at the Sage Heights shelter is available by calling the shelter at 623-6403 or sheriff's dispatch at 623-6429 and leaving a message, 24 hours a day. When calling, be prepared to provide the dog's description, license number and general area in which it was lost.

June 17

A female white and gray pit bull mix was dropped at shelter.

A male black and white pit bull mix was dropped at shelter.

A male tri-colored boxer was picked up on Bridge and South. *Reclaimed

A female red heeler was picked up on Sunset.

A male black and white border collie was picked up on Airview.

June 19

A male red boxer was picked up on Saturn.

A female black and tan Corgi was dropped at shelter.

A male red and white pit bull mix was picked up on Center and Valley. *Reclaimed

A male tan pit bull was picked up at Gallians.

A male black wirehair was dropped at shelter.

A male yellow Airdale/Golden Retriever mix was picked up on Rainbow.

June 23

A female brown and white German Shorthaired Pointer was a surrender.

A female black and white border collie/heeler was a surrender.

A black and white wirehair was a surrender.



Of the dogs impounded since the last report, three have been reclaimed by their owners and none were adopted.

Licensing is a city and county ordinance. Please license your dog. This will help us get him back to you should he become lost.
