More information on impounded dogs at the Sage Heights shelter is available by calling the shelter at 623-6403 or Sheriff's Dispatch at 623-6429 and leaving a message, 24 hours a day. When calling, be prepared to provide the dog's description, license number and general area in which it was lost.

July 29

A female white and red Brittney Spaniel was picked up on Nugget. *Reclaimed

A male black and white Husky was picked up on Allen Rd.

July 31

A male white and gray American Bulldog was picked up on Sundown. *Reclaimed

A female red bloodhound was a surrender.

A female black Lab/Pit was a surrender.

A female tan and white English Bulldog was picked up on Hansen. *Reclaimed

Aug. 1

A male cream Poodle was picked up on Rose Creek.

A female brindle Hound was picked up on Grass Valley Rd.

A male gold Hound dog was picked up on Grass Valley Rd.

Aug. 2

A female tri colored/brindle Heeler was picked up at Pilot Truck Stop. *Reclaimed

Aug. 3

A male black and tan Doberman was dropped at shelter.

Aug. 4

A female tri colored Pug/Chihuahua was picked up on Buckley. *Reclaimed

Of the dogs impounded since the last report, five have been reclaimed by their owners and none were adopted.

Licensing is a city and county ordinance. Please license your dog. This will help us get him back to you should he become lost.
