The following animals were recently picked up by Animal Control. More information on impounded dogs at the Sage Heights shelter is available by calling the shelter at 623-6403 or Sheriff's Dispatch at 623-6429 and leaving a message, 24 hours a day. When calling, be prepared to provide the dog's description, license number and general area in which it was lost.
A male red and white Pit was picked up on Grass Valley Road. *Reclaimed
A male gold and white Lab mix was picked up on Grass Valley Road. *Reclaimed
A male black and white Pit mix was dropped off at the shelter.
A female gold and white Pomeranian was dropped off at the shelter.
A female black and white Lab/Golden Shepherd was picked up at the Post Office. *Adopted
A male blonde Pomeranian was picked up on Moon. *Reclaimed
A female gold and white Lab/Heeler was picked up on 2nd St.
A black and white Border Collie neutered male was picked up on Kimbra.
A female red Kelpi mix was picked up on Elk.
A male black and white Great Dane was dropped off at the shelter.
A male brindle Chow was picked up on Brandon Court. *Reclaimed
A male gold Golden Retreiver was picked up on Celest Court. *Reclaimed
A male tri color Mini Aussie was picked up at BJ's Market.
A male red Pit was dropped off at the shelter.
A male brindle Pit/Pug was picked up on Winnemucca Blvd. *Reclaimed
A male tan Terrier was picked up on Allen Road.
A female black and white Pit/Lab was picked up on Allen Road.
Of the dogs impounded since the last report, seven have been reclaimed by their owners and one was adopted.
If you are looking for a canine friend to adopt, please call us at 623-6403. Dogs are available for viewing every day from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Licensing is a city and county ordinance. Please license your dog. This will help us get him back to you should he become lost.
