Benefit tamale sale
The Lowry High School Spanish club is selling tamales for $18 per dozen or $9 per half dozen. Beef, pork, chicken or cheese with jalapeno are available. The Nevada Department of Veterans Services Veterans Outreach ROVER Program will visit Winnemucca on Tuesday, April 15 from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.,and Wednesday, April 16 from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. at the Winnemucca Armory. The program allows veterans and family members to meet with a Veterans Service Officer to learn about benefits and services they may be eligible for but unaware of. Koyote Kruisers meeting
Koyote Kruisers Car Club will have a meeting on Wednesday, April 16 at Las Margaritas meeting room. Winnemucca Ladies Golf Club Each Tuesday - The club meets every Tuesday and is open to women of all golf levels. March, April & October at 10 a.m.; May - September at 9 a.m.
Volunteers for Senior Crafters
WANTED: Volunteers for the Senior Crafters! The group meets Tuesday and Thursday in the craft room of the Pleasant Center senior center, 1480 Lay St. We have materials available for most crafts, and there is no age requirement!
