When caregivers need a "personal time" break from their loved ones, a Respite Care Worker can fill in for them. Caregiving can be exhausting, not allowing the caregiver to go to the doctor, visit a friend, doing some personal shopping or even go in the other room to kick back. Respite care can help. The service is free and our workers have security clearance and have been trained. RSVP workers can provide transportation and in-home companionship. They do not provide other homekeeping or health services. If you'd like to make use of our service, or learn more about it, call our RSVP Field Representative Brian Nelson at 304-0757. Respite is a service of Retired Senior Volunteer Program - RSVP.
