Frontier Community Coalition
A Frontier Community Coalition Local Community Committee (LCC) meeting will be held at the Pershing County Community Center on 6th Street in Lovelock at 1:20 p.m. This meeting is normally held on the third Mon. of each month at 1:20 p.m. at the Pershing County Community Center. Senior van to Reno
The Pershing County Senior Center van will travel to Reno. The van leaves the center at 7:30 a.m. and arrives in Reno at 10 a.m.; it leaves by 2 p.m. Please schedule your appointments between those hours. Suggested donation for those 60 and above is $10; required fee for those under 60 years is $15 round trip. Please RSVP for a ride by calling 273-2291.
Pershing County High School Alumni Association will be held at 400 Irish American Road at 5:15 p.m. Check out and stay in touch www.pchsaa.com this organization's new web page.
Beverage Server Training
10 a.m. - noon - A free Responsible Beverage Server Training class will be held at the FCC office at 1475 Cornell Ave., Ste. 500. The training is free for sellers and/or servers of alcoholic beverages and is funded in part by the state Substance Abuse and Prevention Treatment Agency (SAPTA) and Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws (EUDL). PCHS Drama performance
7:30 p.m. - The PCHS Drama class is presenting their spring performance of "The Gruesome, Gory, Grotesque Stories of Edgar Allan Poe" by Sam Kuglan. Held at the PCHS auditorium; admission is $3 for adults; $2 for students and seniors, under 5 free. Come help support our students and have a fun night out.
Lovelock Speedway meeting
November - March, general meetings are held every other Thursday at 6 p.m. April - October general meetings held the Thursday prior to each scheduled race. Lovelock Speedway is seeking volunteers for various positions. The Lovelock Frontier Days Committee meets the third Thursday of each month at the Pershing County Community Center at 5:30 p.m. Come help plan next year's Frontier Days!
American Legion and American Legion Riders

Free craft classes for kids
Each Friday - Classes formally at Creekside Variety are now being held in the Community Center across from the hospital. Fridays, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Free sewing and craft classes for kids ages 6 and up. Sewing machines and materials are free as are the classes. For information call the Community Center at 273-7144.
NA Saturday Night Live
Narcotics Anonymous "Saturday Night Live" group meets at the Pershing County Community Center each Saturday from 7 p.m. - 8 p.m. For more information call (775) 427-3727.

First Baptist Church
The church is located at 900 Western Ave., Lovelock. Sunday school at 10 a.m. and church services at 11 a.m. each Sunday.

Lovelock Lions Club
Every Monday, Noon - The Lovelock Lions Club meets at Sturgeons.
Lovelock Community Food Bank is serving at 655 Cornell starting at 3:30 p.m. and will close at the discretion of the Food Bank. Everyone can receive free bread and dairy products, but a voucher will be needed in order to receive food. This can be obtained at the county clerk's office.

Third Monday 5:15 p.m. - The Pershing County School Board meets at the district office. Call 273-7819.

Lovelock Street Fever Car Club
The Street Fever Car Club meets every other Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Temptations.
First Wednesday, 7 p.m. - The Airport Board meets in the commission chambers.

Imlay AA/NA meetings
Each Wednesday, 5:30 p.m. - Highway Recovery AA/NA meetings 5:30 p.m. Imlay Community Center call for more information 538-7502.
Pershing County FSA COC
Second Wednesday, 1 p.m. - The Farm Service Agency's County Office Committee holds their regular session meeting at the USDA Service Center located at 110 American Blvd. Call 273-2922, ext. 2, for more information.
Second Wednesday, 7 p.m. - The Pershing County Tourism Authority meets at Lovelock City Hall. Contact Laura Richardson at 273-2256.
Second and fourth Wednesdays, 7 p.m. - The Fraternal Order of Eagles Aries #1557 meets the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month at 7 p.m. at the Eagles Hall. Men interested in helping the community are invited to attend.
Pershing General Hospital
Third Wednesday, 5:30 p.m. - PGH Board of Directors generally meets at the Pershing County Community Center. Call 273-2621.
Humboldt Masonic Lodge
Last Wednesday, 7:30 p.m. - Humboldt Masonic Lodge meets at our building at the corner of Western and Elmhurst. December meeting is the third Wednesday. All Masons are invited to attend.
