Mary Alice Quilici
Mary Alice Quilici
Mary Alice Quilici passed away in the early morning hours of Tuesday April 30 at Pershing General Hospital in Lovelock.

She was born October 6, 1939 in Artesia, California to Mary and Frank Deniz, the only daughter among four brothers.

After she graduated high school she married Richard Edge and became the proud mother of three boys, Jeff, Erick and Michael Edge.

When Richard left the CHP and signed on with NHP he was stationed in Lovelock in 1973. After a divorce a few years later she married Julio Quilici who recently preceded her in passing on.

Mary is survived by her brothers Joe and David Deniz, her three sons and her grandchildren Sami, Gabriel, Anna & Mary Edge as well as cousins, nephews and nieces.

Mary was very involved in various activities in the community including the St. Agnes Alter Society as well as being one of the bakers, cooks and food servers for the I.D.E.S Portuguese Festa every year since the mid 1980’s.

She was a devoted wife, mother and care giver and was involved with many charitable organizations.

In addition to helping anyone she thought needed her help she enjoyed traveling, reading, tending her flowers and feeding the birds that would visit her back yard.

Please join us in celebrating her life and her love at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Lovelock for Mass on Saturday, May 18 at 12 Noon.

In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation to the Lovelock I.D.E.S Society.
